Proche de <strong>Ravel<\/strong> et de <strong>Stravinsky<\/strong>, elle compose dans tous les genres : piano, musique de chambre, ballets, concertos. de Stravinsky.<br>En \u00e9coutant successivement les pi\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessous, la parent\u00e9 avec ces 2 compositeurs est \u00e9vidente, sans que Germaine Tailleferre soit rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au rang de bonne \u00e9l\u00e8ve !<br>Son \u00e9criture se caract\u00e9rise par la gr\u00e2ce m\u00e9lodique de Ravel, l\u2019esprit piquant de Stravinsky, mais toujours Saint-Maur-des-Foss\u00e9s, la jeune femme de vingt ans c\u00f4toya Milhaud, Auric et Honegger au Conservatoire de Paris. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de ses prix de solf\u00e8ge, d\u2019harmonie, de composition et d\u2019accompagnement, elle s\u2019imposa dans le milieu musical parisien avec Jeux en plein air pour deux pianos, qui attira l\u2019attention de Satie, et plus tard celle de Ravel avec qui elle travaillera l\u2019orchestration, et qui en 1928 louera lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00ab la g\u00e9niale musique de Germaine Tailleferre \u00bb. En 1916-1917, elle composa un Trio pour violon, violoncelle et piano en trois mouvements qui, du fait de la Grande Guerre, restera pendant des d\u00e9cennies dans un tiroir. Sa musique a l\u2019immense m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre sans pr\u00e9tention, cela \u00e0 cause d\u2019une sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 des plus attachantes. C\u2019est vraiment de la musique de jeune fille, au sens le plus exquis de ce mot, d\u2019une fra\u00eecheur telle qu\u2019on peut dire que c\u2019est de la musique qui sent bon<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erik Satie \u00e9changea avec elle une correspondance dans laquelle il l\u2019appelle \u00ab <em>ma gracieuse amie<\/em> \u00bb, \u00ab <em>ma complice<\/em> \u00bb, \u00ab <em>ma s\u0153ur en musique<\/em> \u00bb ou encore \u00ab <em>ma fille musicale<\/em> \u00bb. Reprenant un mot de ce dernier, Jean Cocteau la qualifia de \u00ab <em>Marie Laurencin pour l\u2019oreille<\/em> \u00bb, faisant ainsi un parall\u00e8le au f\u00e9minin entre peinture et musique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proche de Ravel et de Satie, elle d\u00e9veloppe un style personnel fait de <strong>clart\u00e9, \u00e9l\u00e9gance et humour<\/strong>, souvent rattach\u00e9 au n\u00e9oclassicisme fran\u00e7ais. Elle compose dans tous les genres : musique de chambre (<em>Trio pour violon, violoncelle et piano<\/em>), pi\u00e8ces concertantes (<em>Ballade pour piano et orchestre<\/em>, <em>Concertino pour harpe<\/em>), \u0153uvres orchestrales (<em>Ouverture<\/em> de 1932) et ballets (<em>Le marchand d\u2019oiseaux<\/em>, 1923).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une vie personnelle difficile (mariages malheureux, guerre, probl\u00e8mes financiers), elle reste fid\u00e8le \u00e0 une musique limpide, jamais emphatique.
